Relax Gaming's CCO and previous CEO, Daniel Eskola, stated, "FavBet's focus on technology and high-quality content represents the ideal partner for us and our studio partners."
"The brand enjoys enormous respect in Romania, so it's wonderful to close a contract that will greatly expand our presence there. We're excited to help them with their upcoming phase of growth," he continued.
Players on FavBet will be able to access games from studios including Storm Gaming, ReelPlay, and Kalamba in addition to material from Silver Bullet and Powered by Relax partners as part of the agreement.
As part of the agreement, the operator will also get access to material from Relax's library, which includes Templar Tumble, Top Dawg$, and Money Cart 2 Bonus Reels.
According to Sergiu Burbulea, CEO of FavBet, "our vision at FavBet is to become the best form of entertainment so our clients, employees, and partners are part of a unique experience."
At FavBet, we have very high standards for ourselves, therefore it seems sense that we would desire a partner with a similar work ethic. Relax Gaming was therefore a no-brainer."
FavBet has operations in a number of nations, including Germany, Romania, Tanzania, Croatia, Rwanda, Moldova, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, and Moldova.
In yet another high-profile merger in the sector, Kindred Group purchased Relax earlier this year.
