Every team participating in the programme, which is dubbed #AuCoeurDuFootball but is actually #AuCoeurDuSport, or "Sports at Heart," will save an average of €2,500 ($2,676).
Kindred Group's Head of Corporate Affairs France, Adrien Julian, stated: "Kindred is a strong believer that grassroots sports play a big role in society because it is at the core of local communities.
"It only makes sense to strengthen our commitment and extend our support beyond football, given the pandemic's lasting effects, which hit amateur clubs the hardest."
"Unibet is pleased to keep supplying thousands of athletes in France with equipment, both male and female. In keeping with Kindred's larger Journey Towards Zero strategy, all shirts will have statements about ethical gaming.
"We estimate that we have saved around EUR 3,500 between shirts, equipment, and materials," said Laurent Latour, Secretary of FC Chancelade Marsac.
"This is undoubtedly a sizable budget for our team and enables us to purchase a high-quality Adidas gear. Apart from the uniforms, #AuCoeurDuSport has facilitated social cohesion by arranging photo sessions for the Unibet Awards and convening meetings with the other affiliated clubs in the initiative."
Kindred began supporting amateur sports in France in 2019 and has since provided comparable help to over 780 clubs. The deadline for teams wishing to register for the programme is February 28 for football and basketball teams.
In other news, Kindred just disclosed that its group revenue for Q4 of 2022 was £305 million.
